Requests
Requests for bulk email, lists, or data are fulfilled through a cooperative effort between the Administrative Support staff and the Tech team. When the tools at your disposal are not sufficient to query data and generate output, submit a production request.
 Submit a Request
Most requests can be made through our secure Production Request System including:
  • Mass emails to Tufts students.
  • Reports/lists of data on inquiries, applicants, or current students.
  • Labels/envelopes for Tufts students.
  • Project requests including updates to web sites that we maintain, creation of new websites or web applications, and database management system development.

We ask for a minimum of a week notice for completion of requests. However, some emergencies can be accommodated when you are faced with extenuating circumstances.  If you have a request that needs to be completed in less than a week, please submit your request electronically and then contact ... directly to discuss your needs.

The Production Request System is available to all of the departments we support. If you are unsure of your username and/or password, you can have the information sent to your email address by filling out the Forgotten Password page.

If you are a staff member in one of the departments we directly support, but do not have access to the Production Request System, please use our HelpCenter to request access.

If you would like to submit a request, but are not part of our organization, you must submit your request to Ginny Bonish.
