Admissions and Student Services IT - Available Services
The following services are available to AS&E staff in Admissions, Student Services, the Career Center, Undergraduate Education,
Academic Services and the Dean of Student Affairs Office. For student and faculty tech support and other services, visit Tufts Technology Services .
For a description of each option, please hold your mouse over the text, and then click to submit the request.
REPORT A DESKTOP SUPPORT PROBLEM OR ISSUE
  Report a problem with a computer, printer, monitor, other hardware issues, issues with passwords, Outlook, software, or access to the Tufts network and internet. Click this link to email it@tufts.edu or call the Service Desk at 617-627-3376.
REPORT A SYSTEM PROBLEM OR ISSUE WITH SLATE, PORTFOLIO, or WEBCENTER  
   Report problems or issues with Slate, Portfolio, or WebCenter and any other system supported by the Admissions & Student Services Tech Team
SUBMIT A REQUEST FOR A LIST OR REPORT    
REQUEST A NEW PROJECT OR AN UPDATE TO AN EXISTING SYSTEM  
    Request a new project or request changes or updates to an existing system.
SUBMIT A SLATE REQUEST  
    Submit a request for any and all work in Slate.
SUBMIT AN EMMA EMAIL REQUEST
